Trust directory

Clarity about what is current, planned, and shared.

No borrowed certifications. No vague guarantees. Just an honest map of responsibilities.
01

Current controls

Corsaca uses authenticated sessions, application and tenant context, membership and permission-aware workflows, row-level access controls on supported data paths, managed server-side credentials, and explicit confirmation for supported consequential assistant actions.

  • Authenticated application sessions
  • App, tenant, membership, and role context
  • Permission-aware product operations
  • Server-side service credentials
  • Confirmation for supported consequential AI actions
02

Security roadmap

Corsaca will describe additional audit, monitoring, incident, and assurance capabilities only after they are implemented and supported by current evidence. Third-party certifications are not presented as Corsaca certifications.

03

Third-party provider responsibilities

Google Cloud, Supabase, Stripe, and other enabled providers operate and secure their own services under their agreements. Corsaca configures product integrations and protects credentials under its control.

04

Customer responsibilities

Customers control user assignments, staff practices, lawful data collection, participant and family notices, tenant configuration, uploaded content, and their own industry or regulatory obligations.

05

Privacy and data handling

The Privacy Policy describes information categories and uses. The DPA overview, Subprocessor List, and Children's Privacy Policy provide additional context for customer processing relationships.

06

Responsible AI

AI-assisted features remain subject to account permissions, supported tools, confirmation rules, and human review. Users must protect sensitive information and verify proposed work.

07

Accessibility

Corsaca's shared public experience includes semantic landmarks, keyboard navigation, visible focus, responsive layout, and reduced-motion support. Customer-authored content can affect the final experience.

08

Report a concern

Email support@corsaca.com with the product, organization, approximate time, and safe details. Clearly identify security, privacy, accessibility, AI, or service concerns so they can be routed appropriately.
