Purpose of AI features
AI-assisted features can help users understand information, gather required details, prepare supported proposals, and navigate operational workflows.
AI does not expand authority
An assistant operates within the application, tenant, role, and permission context of the logged-in user. It must not grant access or perform actions the user could not perform directly.
Human confirmation
Users must review consequential proposals before execution. A user can reject, revise, or redirect a proposal when the assistant misunderstands the request.
Prohibited AI use
Do not use AI features to evade access controls, impersonate another person, make deceptive representations, target or exploit minors, generate unlawful content, or automate harmful activity.
Protect information
Provide only information needed for the task. Do not enter passwords, authentication codes, secret keys, complete payment credentials, or unrelated sensitive participant information.
Model limitations
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or based on misunderstood speech or context. Users remain responsible for checking names, dates, amounts, records, and proposed actions.
