01

Scope

This policy applies to public Corsaca pages and Corsaca-powered applications where Corsaca provides the platform. An organization using the platform may also provide its own notices for information it controls.

02

Information we collect

Depending on the product and configuration, information may include account and contact details, tenant and membership records, participant and household information, program activity, support messages, device and request information, and payment references. Complete payment credentials are handled by configured payment providers rather than stored in ordinary Corsaca application fields.

03

How information is used

Information is used to provide authenticated access, operate configured Workspaces, manage records and schedules, support billing and communication, respond to support requests, protect the service, and improve supported product workflows.

04

How information is shared

Information may be shared with the organization responsible for the relevant tenant, people that organization authorizes, and providers that support configured hosting, data, authentication, payment, storage, or conversational services. Corsaca may also disclose information when required to respond to lawful process or protect users and the service.

05

Access, correction, and deletion requests

Start with the organization that manages your account or participant record. You may also contact support@corsaca.com with the product, organization, and request. Some information may need to remain available when required for security, financial records, dispute handling, or other lawful purposes.

06

Children and participant information

Organizations may use Corsaca-powered products for programs involving minors. Organizations are responsible for appropriate notices, permissions, account relationships, and lawful collection. Family and guardian access depends on the configured product and organization records.
